Radio Mechanic:  Performed maintenance, repair and inspection on very high frequency radio equipment. Did "tune-in" adjustments, checked tubes, cords, plugs, microphones and head sets. Also did maintenance on low frequency equipment. As flight chief, supervised crew in maintenance at a definite number of planes.

Communications Chief:  Supervised Line Shop of about 20 enlisted men in maintenance and repair of Airborne radio equipment, and of power units, battery charge, telephone field installation and repair. Kept weekly maintenance, daily pre-flight, and inspection reports.
