Finishing
Touches
Master Crew Chief Jim Cook puts
on the finishing touches to the Thunderstreak restoration.
The aircraft was completely stripped of paint, Alodined and
Aluma preped, Epoxy Mastic primer coat and then silver metallic
Dupont Imron 5000 paint for her new look. The green and
gold markings are Chroma Base paint with a clear coat on
top. Thank you Jim Cook of Hawley's Paints for making this
possible.
