Oct 15th Members' Meeting

Our October speaker will be Chief Chuck Carter of the United States Coast Guard. He served 17 years as a rescue swimmer at a number Coast Guard stations. For the past 5 years he has been assigned at Two Rock USCG Training Center as the course instructor for the USCG Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) School which trains all Rescue Swimmers being posted to USCG Stations around the world.

Chuck has a video and PowerPoint presentation to share with us. His life sounds much like the recent movie "The Guardian" which starred Kevin Costner.
